New Terrariums and Planters on Etsy

I'm really excited about this new stuff on the store- I have some new terrariums up, as well as new planters, including some with plants that can be shipped. If you've been eyeing one of these but don't live locally, now's your chance!

I was down in Washington DC on Friday for and American Mural Project  event (which involved about 100 kids and paint markers). I went to the delicious vegan Sticky Fingers bakery beforehand.

All these yucca were blooming outside, love a cold-hardy succulent!

Terrarium Preview: Lithops Cube

Check out this lady just hanging out in her jean cut offs and turquoise necklace. This terrarium is in an upcycled glass vessel and includes two lithops clumps and a lapidaria. It will be available at the Dox in the Dez table at the Punk Rock Flea Market in Philadelphia this Sunday.

Oh this? Just a flatbed of 12"+ Golden Barrel cacti. Please note the super heavy-duty leather gloves peeking in the corner there.

Terrarium Preview: Monochromatic Red

This monochromatic red terrarium has lava rocks, a haworthia and another succulent, and a lady in a bikini sunbathing on a rock! The rock is a piece of slag glass. Slag glass is a byproduct of the iron industry; this piece was collected near an iron furnace in New England that ceased production in 1898. 

This terrarium is in an upcycled glass vessel and will be available at the Dox in the Dez table at the Punk Rock Flea Market in Philadelphia this Sunday, May 13.
